The weather forecast for the following regions of the country is as follows:1. Clear but some clouds would appear, expected to multiply tomorrow evening, with a chance of good rain at the end of the week, accompanied by cells of thunderclouds in some areas east of Tripoli. Maximum temperatures are between (31-35) C, and will record a gradual decrease as of tomorrow.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) issued its weather bulletin about expected weather conditions in Libya, on Monday, 4 September 2023, expecting the regions of northeastern Libya to be affected this evening by weather fluctuations that contribute to the multiplication of clouds over the areas of the Green Mountain and the far eastern coast, with the possibility of sporadic rain, and the opportunity will be better tomorrow evening in most regions of the north, with some rain that may be Good, with cells of thunderclouds over some areas extending from Tripoli to the far northeast, especially the Green Mountain, with occasional active winds.
The weather forecast for the following regions of the country is as follows:
1. The area extending from Ras Jadir to Sirte - Al-Jafara Plain - Jabal Nafusa (North West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Clear but some clouds would appear, expected to multiply tomorrow evening, with a chance of good rain at the end of the week, accompanied by cells of thunderclouds in some areas east of Tripoli.
Wind: Northeasterly, to northwest moderate to active speed at times.
Maximum Temperatures: Range between (31-35) C, and will record a gradual decrease as of tomorrow.
2. Gulf - Benghazi plain up to Emssad (North East of Libya):
Sky condition: Clouds multiply over this region with chance of rain to include as of tomorrow most of the regions (Gulf-Benghazi to the far eastern coast). The rain could be accompanied by cells of thunderclouds and it is expected that it will be good rain, especially on the Green Mountain.
Wind: Northwesterly to westerly moderate to active speed.
Maximum temperatures: Range between (27-32) C.
3. Al-Jufra - Sabha - Ghat - Ghadames – Hamada (South West of Libya):
- Sky condition: Some clouds will appear over these regions.
- Wind: Northwesterly to northeasterly, moderate in speed, brisk at times Tuesday.
- Maximum temperatures: Range between (36-41) C.
4. The Oases - Sarir - Tazirbo – Kufra (South East of Libya):
- Wind: Northwesterly to northeasterly, moderate speed.
- Maximum temperatures: Range between (35-28) C.
